Have you tried these features on our Driver app?
Book a service – select the ‘Vehicle Servicing’ option to request a service or maintenance booking.
Tyre replacement or puncture repair – simply select the ‘Find a Nearby Tyre Supplier’ option and our App will show you the closest locations, opening times and even give you directions.
Record your personal or business mileage – use the ‘Business Journey’ or ‘Personal Journey’ options. This allows us to better monitor the service due notifications, the predicted mileage versus the contract mileage status and also allows us to report on up to date mileage readings for BIK reporting.
Going abroad with your vehicle – select the ‘Holiday Letter Cover’ option.
Had an accident – select the ‘Report an Incident’ option. You can record the incident details as well as take and upload pictures. Our Accidents Team will then be in contact to walk you through the process.
Need to do a daily walk around check of your vehicle – select the ‘Daily check’ option. This automatically notifies ALD of any issues.
The ‘Rental Booking’ option notifies you of relief vehicle bookings and allows you to do a vehicle inspection when collecting or returning a rental vehicle.
