Booking a Service, Maintenance, Repair
Working with our approved network, we'll help to keep your vehicle running smoothly.
It is important that your vehicle is serviced in line with the Manufacturer's recommended schedules. This ensures the warranty is kept intact and reduces any chance of any repairs due to missed servicing. We ask that all ALD drivers read the manual that comes with the vehicle so they are familiar with the service intervals and any additional information that may be relevant.
As a courtesy service, we can send vehicle “service due” notifications to drivers or fleet contacts as required, advising them that their vehicle is due a service, and requesting that they make contact with our Driver Services Team to discuss whatever work is required to be carried out.
The quickest way to arrange your service is via the ALD Driver App. Alternatively, you can send a request for service including your name, contact details and vehicle registration number to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive the request, we will:
- Contact you and agree the date and time for the service.
- Contact a dealer to check availability and organise your visit on your behalf.
- The dealer will inform you when the vehicle has been repaired and is ready for collection.
- When collecting the vehicle, make sure that all services are recorded in the service book.
Important servicing note:
It is very important that you ensure all servicing is carried out on time. Failure to service or maintain the vehicle correctly may result in recharges being made at the end of your agreement as set out in our fair wear and tear guidelines.
