In the unfortunate event that an SME customer is experiencing financial difficulties, ALD Automotive will endeavour to work with the customer to resolve any arrears on a credit agreement or come to a resolution that will work for both parties. 

However, please be aware that given the nature of the credit products provided by ALD Automotive, unfortunately we are limited to what level of alternative arrangements that we can provide.
